The Black Hills Resource Conservation & Development receives a good number of requests for assistance every year and we are always willing to assist with good community based projects. Here is a short list of characteristics that define a good RC&D project:
- The proposal should be community based and not for the benefit of one individual.
- There needs to be local involvement and buy in. We expect the local sponsor of the project to be as involved in the project as we are.
- The project must fall within the RC&D mission.
